Welcome to MoltDirectory ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at moltdirectory.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MoltDirectory, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
MoltDirectory is a community-run directory that catalogs and organizes skills for OpenClaw AI agents. We provide:
- A searchable directory of OpenClaw skills
- Featured listing services for skill creators (paid)
- Information and resources about OpenClaw skills
3. Free Directory Listings
3.1 Submission
Anyone may submit an OpenClaw skill to our directory for free by creating a GitHub issue or pull request in our repository.
3.2 Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or reject any skill submission at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include but are not limited to:
- Skill does not work as described
- Malicious or harmful code
- Duplicate submission
- Violation of these Terms
- Low quality or incomplete information
3.3 Removal
We reserve the right to remove any skill listing at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or complaints from users.
4. Featured Listings (Paid Service)
4.1 Service Description
Featured listings provide enhanced visibility for skills including:
- Featured badge on skill card
- Priority placement in category pages
- Highlighted design
- Analytics and performance reports (depending on plan tier)
4.2 Purchase and Payment
- All featured listing purchases are processed through our payment provider (Paddle)
- Prices are displayed in USD and may be converted to your local currency at checkout
- Payment must be received in full before featured status is activated
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
4.3 Billing Cycles
- Monthly plans: Billed every 30 days
- Annual plans: Billed every 12 months
- 7-Day Boost: One-time payment for 7-day campaign
4.4 Automatic Renewal
Subscription plans (monthly and annual) automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate.
4.5 Activation Timeline
- We will review your skill within 12 hours of payment
- Featured status will be activated within 24 hours of payment
- If your skill does not meet our quality standards, we will offer a full refund
4.6 Skill Requirements
To be eligible for featured listing, skills must:
- Have a valid, accessible GitHub repository
- Include clear documentation
- Function as described
- Not contain malicious code
- Comply with OpenClaw's guidelines
- Not violate any third-party rights
4.7 Refund Policy
See Section 8 below for complete refund terms.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to manipulate directory rankings or metrics
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Submit malicious code or security vulnerabilities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent payment requirements
- Scrape or copy our content without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
All content on MoltDirectory, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of MoltDirectory or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
6.2 User-Submitted Content
By submitting a skill to our directory, you:
- Retain all rights to your skill and its code
- Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, link to, and promote your skill on our platform
- Represent that you have the right to submit the content
- Agree that we may use your skill name, description, and logo for promotional purposes
6.3 Trademarks
OpenClaw and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with the official OpenClaw team.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider. We do not store your payment information.
7.2 Taxes
- Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes
- Paddle calculates and collects all applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout
- You are responsible for any additional taxes in your jurisdiction
7.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will:
- Be announced at least 30 days in advance for existing subscribers
- Not affect current subscription terms until renewal
- Apply immediately to new purchases
7.4 Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
- We will attempt to process payment up to 3 times
- You will be notified via email
- Your featured status may be suspended after 7 days
- Subscription may be cancelled after 14 days
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Monthly Featured Plans
- Full refund: Within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked
- After 7 days: No refunds, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
8.2 Annual Featured Plans
- Pro-rated refund: Within 30 days of purchase
- After 30 days: No refunds, but you may cancel to prevent renewal
8.3 7-Day Featured Boost
- Full refund: Within 48 hours of purchase if campaign has not started
- No refund: Once campaign begins (after 48 hours or earlier if requested start date)
8.4 Refund Process
- Request refunds by emailing advertise@moltdirectory.com with your order number
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
8.5 Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds if:
- The skill violates our Terms or quality standards
- You have received a previous refund
- We suspect fraud or abuse
9. Cancellation
9.1 How to Cancel
- Monthly/Annual plans: Manage subscription through Paddle dashboard or email us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time after 7/30 day refund windows
9.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Featured status continues until end of paid period
- No further charges will be made
- Access to premium features (analytics, reports) ends with subscription
10. Disclaimers
10.1 Service "As Is"
MoltDirectory is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
10.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
- Specific traffic, views, or conversions for featured skills
- That featured status will increase downloads or stars
- Specific placement or ranking beyond the features described
- Uptime or availability
10.3 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of skills listed in our directory
- Actions or content of skill creators
- Damages resulting from use of any skill listed on our platform
10.4 External Links
Our Service may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
11.1 No Liability for Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Loss of goodwill
- Business interruption
- Cost of substitute services
11.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoltDirectory, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to the Service
13. Privacy
Your use of MoltDirectory is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
14. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
- Change featured listing features or benefits with 30 days notice
- Update our directory structure or design
- Remove or modify any content
15. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by:
- Posting updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Notifying users via email for material changes
Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Termination
16.1 By You
You may stop using our Service at any time. Cancel subscriptions as described in Section 9.
16.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Abusive behavior
- Non-payment
- Any reason at our sole discretion
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- No refunds for unused subscription time (except as specified in Section 8)
- We may delete your account and content
- Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, and 17 survive termination
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
18. Dispute Resolution
18.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, please contact us at advertise@moltdirectory.com to attempt informal resolution.
18.2 Arbitration
Any dispute not resolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with Turkish commercial arbitration rules.
18.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MoltDirectory regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
21. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
22. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
