For Featured Listings (Paid): When you purchase a featured listing through Paddle:
- Name and email (collected by Paddle, not by us)
- Skill information (name, GitHub URL, description)
- Payment details (processed entirely by Paddle)

- Your email address
- Name (if provided)
- Message content
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and delete it after our conversation ends.
2. How We Use Information
2.1 Public Directory
Information you submit for skill listings is publicly displayed on our directory:
- Skill name
- Skill description
- GitHub repository URL
- Category
- Featured status (if applicable)
This information is visible to everyone who visits moltdirectory.com.
2.2 Analytics
We use Simple Analytics to understand:
- How many people visit our site
- Which pages are most popular
- Where visitors come from (referral sources)
This helps us improve the directory. All data is anonymous and aggregated.
2.3 Featured Listings
If you purchase a featured listing:
- We display your skill with featured status
- We send you order confirmation and reports via email
- All payment processing is handled by Paddle (see Section 3)
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Paddle (Payment Processing)
All featured listing payments are processed by Paddle.
What Paddle collects:
- Name
- Email address
- Payment information
- Billing address
We do NOT have access to:
- Your credit card details
- Your full payment information
What we receive from Paddle:
- Order confirmation (order ID, amount)
- Customer email (to send you reports)
- Subscription status

3.2 Cloudflare (Hosting)
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
What Cloudflare does:

What Cloudflare collects:

- Cloudflare automatically deletes these logs after 24-48 hours

Skill listings link to GitHub repositories. When visitors click these links:

5.3 Featured Listing Data
To access, correct, or delete information related to your featured listing:
- Email advertise@moltdirectory.com
- Include your order number
- We'll respond within 7 days
5.4 Right to Deletion
Since we don't store personal data, there's nothing to delete in most cases.
For featured listing customers:
- Email advertise@moltdirectory.com to request deletion
- We'll delete your email and order details
- Note: We must retain payment records for 7 years (tax law)
5.5 GDPR Rights (EU Users)
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold (if any)
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict processing
- Data portability

- Order confirmations: 7 years
- Payment records: 7 years (managed by Paddle)
- Customer emails: Until subscription ends + 30 days
6.4 Analytics Data
Simple Analytics retains anonymous aggregate data indefinitely. This data cannot identify individuals.

- HTTPS encryption for all connections
- Static website (no databases to hack)
- Hosted on secure Cloudflare infrastructure
- No login system (no passwords to breach)
